Call for Abstracts

Abstract Submission Deadline: ~ August 19 (Fri), 2022 (Poster only)

The submission of an abstract implies your consent of its publication in the Abstract Book and that the author is willing to participate in the Conference. All presenting authors of abstracts are expected to attend this meeting and register online by August 26 (Fri), 2022

Abstract Submission Guidelines

1. Abstracts should be written in English.
2. Abstracts should be submitted online.
3. Authors may further edit and modify submitted abstracts until the submission deadline through the online system. Please make sure that there are no typographical or grammatical errors in the submitted abstract as it will be included in the program book without further editing.
4. After the submission deadline, online submission system will be closed and therefore, revising abstracts will not be possible.


A. Title
- Use a concise title that indicates the content of the abstract.
- The first letter of words should be capitalized.
- Preposition and article should be lowercased.

B. Authors & Affiliations: Select number of authors and affiliations.
(+) Add Author, (-) Delete Author
- Author names and affiliations do not use abbreviations.
- The author order is reflected as shown on the screen, and the first author entered is 'First author'.
- For the presenter and corresponding author(s), check the box next to the author(s)' name(s).

C. Contents
- Submitted papers should not have been published previously.
- Abstracts should not exceed 400 words. They should clearly state the purpose, method and result of the work.
- Abstracts will be reproduced exactly as submitted and will not be edited in any way.
- The abstract and full length paper should be submitted via the forum website.

D. Keywords:
A minimum of five (5) keywords, summarizing the contents of the abstract, should be entered.
