K-ETA has to be obtained except for the below countries (Updated July 3, 2023, by Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Macao, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, UK, US (including Guam)

 

5 steps for K-ETA required countries
STEP 1 Access the K-ETA website (Apply for K-ETA)

STEP 2 Input after checking the contents for each category

STEP 3 Make payment (KRW 10,000, approximately USD $9~10, additional fee excluded)

STEP 4 Under assessment (Within 72 hours)

STEP 5 Check the results
