AFORE 2023 Oral Presentation Information
Thank you for submitting your abstracts to the AFORE 2023. The oral presentation information is below.

- Date: November 7 (Tue)-November 11 (Sat), 2023
- Place: RAMADA PLAZA JEJU, Jeju, Korea
1. Oral Presentations
- The official language is English.
- Each oral presentation is limited to 15~20 minutes, including 5 minutes of discussion time.
(It may proceed differently depending on the presentation time.)
- You must arrive at the lecture hall 10 to 15 minutes before the start of the session.
- If you do not make an oral presentation, it will be deleted as a no-show from the final abstract book and cannot be used as research results.
- The presentation order and presentation number are subject to be adjusted.

※Presentation Materials
- Please prepare the presentation materials on a portable storage device such as USB, and transfer the
presentation materials to the presenter's laptop during the break before the session begins.
- Depending on the situation of the session room, problems such as not opening the font of the presentation
material may arise, so we recommend a PDF format.
For PowerPoint (PPT), set the slide size to a 16:9 ratio to optimize beam project transmission.
- If there is a video in the presentation material, the internet connection may be unstable,
so if you have the original file, please prepare it with the presentation material.

2. Registration
- All oral presenters must register to attend the conference by registering online at
https://www.ksnre.or.kr/afore/2023/content/regist/registration.php.
If the presenting author of an abstract does not register (pre-registration or on-site registration) the abstract will be
may automatically withdrawn in the final version of the abstract book.
- For quick registration on the spot, We would appreciate it if you could complete the 'Online On-site registration'.

- On-site registration is only possible with card payment.
- If you cannot pay by credit card online or need to pay on-site, please register according to the procedure below
and complete the payment on-site.

- Please check the presentation schedule for each field and make reservations for flights and accommodations to Jeju Island as soon as possible.
- If you make a reservation at Jeju Ramada Plaza Hotel, you can reserve at a discounted price. (Link)
- If you must withdraw an abstract, please notify the KSNRE Secretariat by e-mail(ksnre@ksnre.or.kr) as soon as possible.
